Adam Lacey, a Gold Coast developer, has launched his first solo project with Lacey Group through the $36 million Bodhi Apartments located in Upper Mount Gravatt. The apartment will feature 78 apartments featuring one, two, and three bedroom units across eight levels. Mr. Lacey says the project would be a significant part of the suburb’s rejuvenation.
