Justin Yu has been hailed as the Pastry King– and His Majesty now has a new store open in Upper Mount Gravatt.
With the high praise given him, you would be surprised to find out that the man behind The Whisk is far more modest than his multiple awards suggest.
Justin had trained in Belgium, Chicago, and Taiwan to get to where he is today, placing in several international competitions before deciding to settle down and open The Whisk in his local Upper Mount Gravatt.
“I am lucky people like my baking,” he sheepishly admits.
